Posted in Lexington, KY- A former defensive back for the Kentucky Wildcats was arrested and charged with drunk driving early Sunday morning.
Shomari G. Moore was spotted traveling at a high rate of speed around 1:30 a.m. on Alexandria Drive and Versailles Road with his headlights off. The officer who pulled Moore over stated that Moore’s breath smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. A breathalyzer test revealed his blood alcohol content was .082, just over the legal limit, according to court documents.
