Lindsay Lohan can at last move on from her DUI case, after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner finally took the actress/singer off probation from her 2007 DUI charges.
In addition, the judge changed Lohan’s probation from her 2011 shoplifting case from formal to informal. This means Lohan will no longer have to appear in court or meet with a probation officer, provided that she abide by all laws until May 2014.
While Lohan has had her share of troubles, the starlet appeared professional and determined in court today, dressed in a blue pantsuit with her hair pulled back in bun.
Sautner praised Lohan for doing “everything that this court has asked of her,” including completing her required 60 days of community service and multiple counseling sessions.
The judge also offered Lohan a bit of advice, telling her to “stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work.”
A grateful Lohan admitted that the experience has “really opened a lot of doors for me and I really appreciate it.”
